Check-in/out process was a breeze with a super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were absolutely stunning, just like the photos, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Having our own undercover parking spot was so convenient, and the spa bath was the perfect touch of luxury. Amazing value for money!

My stay at Grampian challet was fantastic. We enjoyed our two night stay, watching Kangaroos, ducks, kakadu birds etc.
Spa didnot work.

Cosy chalets with beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The spa is amazing and stays warm for hours. Free movies and a complimentary bottle of wine on check-in. Convenient location for exploring the area. Friendly and helpful staff.

EVERYTHING. It was wonderful to wake up and look out at the kangaroos and ducks on the dam, The heating in the Chalet was amazing and we loved it so much that we have already booked to go back for the wine and food festival in May 2013. We have also already recommeded the Chalet to family and friends.
There is nothing to dislike.

This place was the highlight of our stay in Victoria. So peaceful and loved watching the various wildlife visit close to our chalet. Would definitely stay here again. Halls Gap in general is a lovely spot.

The location of the chalets was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by stunning mountains and a serene lake, it provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. the wildlife was abundant, with kangaroos, wallabies, and even deer roaming freely. the cabin itself was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. the spa bath in the bathroom was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.
Having to leave this idyllic location and return home.

Unique layout of the self contained Chalets with exposed timber beams.
Maybe a set of simple instructions in the operation of the Surround Sound and the heater control panel location.

The mountain view right out the front door was absolutely mind-blowing! The spaciousness of the bedroom and bathroom was super impressive. Everything was clean and fresh, from the bed to the towels. The privacy was excellent with the blinds and surrounding trees. Michelle, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful without intruding on our privacy. It was a great place to relax, enjoy the stunning scenery, and spot wildlife from the deck. A cozy experience with coffee and DVDs. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Lovely and peaceful, great facilities in the Chalets and fantastic views and wildlife all around. I do the cooking because my wife is on a special diet, so having a full size fridge and a dishwasher was a real bonus. I would defiantly stay there again.
Liquid hand soap provided which was nice but no soap for the shower? Coffee was a bit stale and the fry pan was really worn out. A box of tissues would have been handy.

location, unitis
Incorrect photo attached to booking. Were told we needed to pay more once we got there as we were using both rooms in a two bedroom chalet!

Spacious room with modern bathroom. Welcoming owner provided helpful recommendations and a bottle of wine. Lots of wildlife near the small pond. BBQ supplies, condiments, and DVD selection were available.

We had a fantastic stay at these self, catering chalets. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and surrounded by beautiful views and wildlife. the chalets were well, appointed, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. the hosts, Peter and Michelle, were friendly and provided excellent service. We loved the little touches like the supplied towels, toiletries, and condiments. the chalets had great facilities including a full, size fridge and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more convenient. a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
It would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and the living area for more privacy.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
